Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns for non-defective items will have a 20% restocking charge, and will be shipped at the customers expense.
All returns must have a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers may be requested via email, and must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds for returned goods will be made once the item had been returned to us.
Items that have been approved for returns and have been given a return authorization must be shipped back to us with in 48 hours. If you cannot ship the item within 48 hours of receiving your return authorization, you must request an addtional authorization number.
